Xan is a founder of Mentmore Capital Partners. He has an MBA from London Business School where alongside his studies he worked for private equity firms Cinven and FPE Capital. He previously worked at Deloitte in the value creation services team working closely with the management teams of PE portfolio companies. Xan is also a Chartered Accountant.

Benny is a founder of Mentmore Capital Partners. He previously worked at Goldman Sachs, in the Investment Banking Division’s M&A advisory team. Prior to his finance career Benny spent 12 years as a helicopter pilot in the Royal New Zealand Navy, most recently as a Flight Commander. In this role he was responsible to the Commanding Officer for all aviation operations & training on the ship.

Ed is an entrepreneur and investor. He is a serial entrepreneur who founded and exited two companies by the age of 38 - RapidSwitch and Amito. Ed grew his last venture, Amito, from scratch in 2011 to being one of the leading data centres in the UK, and sold it to a strategic acquirer in 2022. Ed serves as an operational advisor to Harwood Private Equity and is an active board member and investor in a number of companies including Rowleys, Servicom and Kinetico Health. 

Jim is an entrepreneur and investor. Jim worked for 15 years in investment banking and private equity, including time at Goldman Sachs and TPG Capital. In 2016, Jim led a group of investors which acquired Digital Care, a European device protection business, and served as executive chairman during its expansion and ultimate sale to a strategic acquirer in 2023. Jim serves on the Alumni Board of Harvard Business School and is an active board member and investor in a number of companies including Rowleys and ClearCheck Global. 

Giorgi is an experienced finance professional and investor. He is the founder of Wavebridge Capital, a private equity investment platform focused on acquiring and growing profitable companies in the UK and internationally. Previously, Giorgi served as Deputy CEO at Bank of Georgia Group, where he ran several divisions. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and currently serves on the boards of a number of companies.
