Mentmore Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Rowleys of Northwich (“Rowleys”), a respected, family-run commercial vehicle contract hire and fleet management company based in Cheshire.
The business has been built over several decades under the leadership of Richard and Paul Rowley, who will remain involved during a significant transition period to support the new owners, Xan Lowe and Benny Melville, as they assume day-to-day leadership of the company.

Xan and Benny, co-founders of Mentmore, bring a blend of operational and financial experience and are committed to preserving the values and culture that have made Rowleys successful. They will work closely with Richard and the existing team to ensure a smooth, stable transition for the long-term.
